A collection of thoughtfully crafted digital tools — born from real clinical problems, built with purpose, and designed for the people who need them most.

Pediatrician & Neonatologist · Karnataka
I became a doctor, but technology always felt like home. The spark showed up early — in medical college, I directed and edited short films (a couple won awards), designed our college magazine from scratch, and built websites for the conferences we hosted. Nobody asked me to. I just couldn't stop making things.
As a Pediatrician and Neonatologist, I kept running into the same thing — missing tools, broken workflows, small gaps nobody had fixed. I asked software developers to help. It was hard. Most of them couldn't fully understand a clinical problem the way a doctor sees it.
I have never written a line of code. No computer science background. No developer training. Just a lifelong love for technology and a need to build. AI changed that. It finally let me create what I had always pictured. That is Bridgr — real problems, real solutions, built by a doctor who stopped waiting.
Each product started as a gap I noticed in my own practice. Here's what's been built so far.
Helps medical students organise study materials — PDFs, notes, images, and videos — by specialty and topic. Scans your device to find scattered medical files, imports them in bulk, and keeps everything in one clean offline library.
Open AppA modern, offline-first Hospital Management System for Indian OPD clinics — covering reception, pharmacy, lab, billing, and analytics in one place. Prints bilingual OPD slips in English + Kannada, with all data staying securely on your own computer.
Open AppA fast, offline-friendly clinical reference app built for paediatricians, neonatologists, registrars and nurses — putting trusted bedside tools and decision support in one place.
Open AppA real-time clinical notes app that gives every doctor and nurse on a ward one shared live feed for patient updates — no more lost WhatsApp messages or paper handovers. Post a note, the whole team sees it instantly, with every acknowledgement on record.
Open AppNew tools are being designed and built. The gap never stops appearing — and neither does the building.
What I'm building, learning, and thinking about — from the ward and the workbench.
The frustration of having a clear problem and no one to build the solution. How vibe coding changed everything for a clinician with no coding background.
From drug dosing errors to missing growth chart tools — a neonatologist's honest look at what's broken in clinical software and what Bridgr is trying to fix.
How a daily frustration with ward round documentation turned into a full product. The process, the decisions, and what I'd do differently.
